Aero Adjuster is a lightweight and portable software utility that brings some cool features from Windows 8 to Windows 7. It can automatically change your taskbar color to match your current wallpaper, plus some other neat tricks!

The best part? There’s no installation! Just extract the program files anywhere on your hard drive and click the executable file to get started. You can even save Aero Adjuster on a USB flash drive or similar device so you can use it on any PC without hassle.

No Traces Left Behind

An important thing to note is that Aero Adjuster won’t mess with your Windows registry or create new files on your disk. This means it leaves no traces after you decide to remove it, which is pretty convenient!

User-Friendly Interface

When you launch Aero Adjuster, it pops up an icon in the system tray area. You can right-click this icon to access various settings easily. As mentioned before, it automatically changes the taskbar color based on your wallpaper.

Color Customization Options

You have options like inverting colors and adjusting brightness levels. Plus, you can ignore certain colors like black, white, and grey. It also lets you enable cool color transitions like linear or ease-in effects, and you can always switch back to the original Aero color if needed.

Some Drawbacks

Now for the downside: during our testing, we ran into multiple errors where the app crashed or became unresponsive at times. Even though it's a small app, it uses quite a bit of CPU power (though RAM usage is low). It seems like there might be some compatibility issues with different operating systems.
