Aeon Timeline

Aeon Timeline is a super handy software that helps you map out your projects or important life events. You can create detailed timelines and make changes whenever you want without any hassle.

Flexible Calendar Options

When you open the app, you'll see the main window showing 'Standard Calendar' options for your timeline. You can choose between formats like 'BC - AD', 'BCE - CE', or even just 'Year Only'. There are also cool options like 'Floating Weeks' and 'Zero Hour'. This flexibility lets you view dates in a way that works best for you!

Create Custom Calendars

The start screen makes it easy to create 'Custom Calendars', check out some 'Example Timelines', or jump into a 'Recent Timeline'. Once you've made your choice, you're all set to dive into building your timeline.

Add Events and Entities

You can add 'New Events' or introduce 'New Entities', which are basically people involved in your project. You can note down how they fit into the bigger picture too! And guess what? You can lock certain events so they don't accidentally get moved around, but if you want to change things up, just drag and drop them with your mouse!

Inspector Function for Details

If you want to see more about certain items on your timeline, there's an awesome feature called the 'Inspector'. It shows details like the title, label, state, arc, start and end dates, duration, and other useful info.

Export Your Work Easily

Aeon Timeline saves projects in AEONXML format but also lets you export them in different file types like PNG, BMP, JPG, CSV, HTML, OPML, or XML. This means you can keep working on your projects however suits you best!
