Now, here's something to keep in mind: 7 Minutes Fitter doesn’t give you detailed instructions on how to do each exercise. It seems like they think you already know what to do or that you can look it up elsewhere. You'll see diagrams for each move, but they won’t tell you how fast to go or if your form looks right.
If you're looking for something super innovative, this might not be it. The workouts could easily be done with some diagrams found online and a timer on your phone. So while 7 Minutes Fitter gets the job done, other fitness apps might have more exciting features that catch your eye.
